Nature Boardwalk Lincoln Park Chicago Golden Hour Engagement Session | ANN + MATT July 19th 2020
The Lincoln Park and “Honeycomb” is one of those iconic Chicago locations I can’t get enough of! With the perfectly framed skyline and gorgeous architecture, it was the perfect spot for me to capture Ann and Mat’s engagement session!
This is one of my favorite locations for a any season engagement session in town. As a Chicago engagement and wedding photographer and I looove Lincoln Park at golden hour. This location is great for any session. You can get some of the greenery feel but also Chicago and those monumental city backgrounds. The Lincoln Park and the Zoo offers a beautiful view of the cityscape looking south, while Lake Michigan is just next door.
The time between the day you get engaged and your Big Day is a very special time. It’s a time when you are ENGAGED! Not married, not boyfriends or girlfriends, but fiancés.
This is a time when you took a step forward, together as a couple. It is SO important to capture this part of your life because in comparison of +50 years that you will spend together as a husband and wife this time is like blink of an eye. That’s why it’s so important to capture this precious time for both of you. That’s why Anne and Matt took a brake from real life in order to connect with one another and have some fun and fall in love again while city touring with me 🙂 The photos are real proof that we had a lot of fun! Yet the photos will serve another great purpose while they are planning their wedding. They will be able to use them for their save-the dates
