Bleuroot Restaurant Intimate Wedding in West Dundee IL | Bridget + Gary

It was such a beautiful and rewarding experience to capture Bridget and Gary’s intimate wedding. Simple and devoted union of two amazing people with their loved ones. The whole wedding party including bride and groom was seven people and included Bride and groom’s kids with their families. One of their daughters who couldn’t be with them was attending via Zoom call. They had the intimate ceremony in a cozy room on the third floor of Bleuroot restaurant in West Dundde IL.

Classy, romantic indoor Ceremony was conducted by Kelly from Weddings by Jennifer Fox was full of excitement and emotions. There were so many heartfelt moments that it made my job easy. I just had to be ready to capture them!

Before the intimate ceremony, we were able to do some family photos and images around the restaurant. Downtown of West Dundde IL is such a lovely place! Each corner is frame worthy. We took so may pictures that Bridget and Gary were laughing that when I am taking pictures and directing them into the poses I am like little kid in a candy store. They were posing for me with such a grace! They were so natural in front of the camera and you could really tell they are completely into each other. I think they had fun too!

These two really are the “real deal”.

Not only are Bridget and Gary incredibly genuine and kind to each other, but they treat everyone they interact with with complete respect and appreciation. They never took their eyes off each other and they were smiling ear to ear the entire time. I always love seeing that in my couples. besides how many people are around, they are still romantic to each other even if it is just little gestures here and there. Whenever they would catch each other looking, they would light up with the biggest smiles ever! After the outside photos, we headed inside for the ceremony and reception.

I also have to mention their wedding chocolate cake from local Portillo’s restaurant which as a topper had two beans in a hammock – it is their inside joke about themselves as a couple. Isn’t it super sweet?

Bridget and Gary, thank you so much for having me at your intimate wedding! You two are absolutely made for each other and it was so awesome getting to know you and your family!! To put it simply, I adore you both. I am so incredibly happy for the two of you. Thank you for having me photograph your special day! Congratulations!!
