Chicago Nature Walk engagement session! It’s officially romantic sunset engagement session season! I don’t know about all of you but this is such a fun time of year for us over here at Bozena Voytko Photography.

I had such an AMAZING engagement photoshoot with Stefanie and Jon last Sunday at Chicago Nature Walk in Lincoln Park Zoo. I’m sure I say this too often but if you’re in Chicago Lincoln Park is one of those places you can’t miss. Don’t get me wrong, I love the Chicago River Walk and all the city vibes but this park brings the benefits of a forest preserve engagement session to the city! With varying textures and background options. There’s a great view of the skyline, a pond, and tons of trees and nature! So once again I found myself in Chicago Nature Walk with another amazing couple.

As soon as I met Stefanie and Jon I immediately thought, these two were so great and they felt more like an old friends than just someone I just met! They are both so kind and the love they share is so sweet! They are such a fun loving and sweet couple. I had such a great time walking around the Nature Walk with them. They’re so photogenic! I can’t wait to see how their wedding photos turn out! Stefanie is going to be a stunning bride!

We started the session on the side of the park entrance where we found some great light and some amazing tall grass with Chicago skyscrapers in the background.

Before we wrapped up we made our way out to the Bridge over South Pond and Honeycomb where we snapped a handful of last minute golden hour photos, which ended up being my favorites of the whole day!

Stefanie & Jon, thank you so much for having me to capture your engagement photos! It was so much fun spending the evening with you two, and I couldn’t be more excited for you!
