How to Prepare for Your Professional Headshot
- Stick to solid colors or subtle patterns—jewel tones, earth tones, and neutrals work best. Avoid neon and busy prints.
- Bring multiple outfit options for variety.
- If you wear glasses, bring a pair without transition lenses
- Minimal jewelry is best.
- Keep makeup clean and natural—matte foundation helps reduce shine.
- Groom facial hair ahead of time for a polished look.
- Hair & makeup services are available nearby, I can connect you!
- Bring your outfits wrinkle-free, you can change at the studio.

To book a session, we will coordinate our schedules and select a date. Once we have a date, I will send you a contract and invoice.
PLAN IT
Next, I plan the details to bring your brand to life. Professional hair and makeup are included with all branding sessions. Sit back and enjoy the experience!
photoshoot
I will guide you through our session, and give you direction on how to pose and move throughout your session. No experience necessary. Come prepared to have fun and let your personality shine!
