In light of COVID-19 and the current coronavirus pandemic across the globe we’ve decided to update our booking and cancellation policies in order to best serve our couples. These are difficult and stressful times for everyone and we want to ensure our couples feel confident booking us to photograph their special day, without worrying about what can happen should there be the need to reschedule or in the worst case cancel altogether.
The following policies are in place during the COVID-19 pandemic and take precedent over all other policies for all new weddings booked after June 1st, 2020.

Lovely, I am waving any change fee and only the contract needs updating. *Ideal. The $800 USD retainer will be credited towards your new date.
1. Clients need to reschedule their wedding date to any day I am available in the calendar year the wedding is scheduled:
2. Client reschedule to a day I am not available or cancel entirely:
Client have the options to use associate photographer and keep existent contract or cancel fully with me keeping monies paid. Change fee is waived. $800 USD retainer can be credited towards another type of session (Honeymoon, Anniversary etc) and is transferable for up to 2 years of your original wedding date.
3. Clients reschedule to a new available date in the following (next) year:
If the date is being moved to the following year, the rescheduling fee will be applied to account for the lost revenue of securing two dates for one wedding. Rescheduling fee is waived for non peak dates: Friday, Sunday or winter. Client needs to pay change fee of $800 for the peek dates (Saturdays between months May to November), to reflect my new yearly price change for peak Saturdays. In addition, 50% of the remaining balance will be due at the time of your original scheduled date and the remaining balance will be due 30 days before your actual event.
